He is really our "crown prince"! As the last son of his mother Niagara and the first son of his father Lassie's Velvet Boy Memphis, he exceeded all our expectations and hopes of an 100% American Lines male, non carrier of MDR1, Grey Collie Syndrom (GCS) and PRA. He has our favourite color dark sable, whitefactored.

It took a long time, searching for a high quality stud for our US-import Niagara, which has the same type and character as Niagara, with some interesting blood lines.  Memphis' Pedigree is completely based upon Tartanside lines, a stroke of luck, to find such a stud here in Europe. His dam and sire are both US-imports, so Keltic Prince has also 100% American Lines.

His pedigree includes the "Who Is Who" of the American Collie breed:

Am. CH Tartanside Th' Critic's Choice, R.O.M., was the top producing sire of the 20th century, while several of his offspring have joined the ranks of R.O.M. producers as well. He is the sire of 81(!) American Champions, he's on the top of the Register of Merit R.O.M, the "Hall of Fame" of the American Collie breed. 

Together with Am. Ch Jancada Promises Promises R.O.M., he sired the outstanding male Am. Ch Jancada Just in Time (left below):

Together with  Am. CH Tapestry Taffeta (right above), Jancada Just in Time  sired the tricolor male Tapestry American Design, "Tjalfe". Tjalfe was imported to Denmark by Winnie Oerngren, where he produced some outstanding offspring. Tjalfe is a deep black impressive male:

A litter sister of Taffeta is listed in the pedigree, too. both are descendants of Am. CH Tartanside Shillelagh (left below)  und Am. CH Tartanside Tenacious (right below):

The said litter sister of Taffeta, Am. Ch Tartanside Raven Tapestry (left below), was bred to Am. CH Tartanside Image (right below):

A bitch out of this litter was also imported to Denmark by Winnie Oerngren nach Dänemark, Luna of Tapestry:

Out of her two US-imports, Winnie got only one litter, one of the male pups was Prince's sire:  Lassie's Velvet Boy Memphis:

On his mothers side, Prince is a son of our US-import Heatherland's White Maid of the Mist Niagara. "Gracie" has many very beautiful descendants, we kept two of them in our kennel to pass on her quality and lines.

Niagara has'nt got so many famous ancestors, because all of them were used in very small kennels and their owners didn't show them. Nevertheless they are very beautiful, as you can see:
