Important information for puppy byers:
We are a member of the "Club für Amerikanische Collies CfAC e.V.", translated: American Collie Club of Germany. We breed and show Collies, based upon American Lines and the AKC breed standard. We have VERY strict Breeding Guidelines, according to the latest scienticfic findings of health care, genetics and responsible dog-keeping and puppy raising. There are only non-commercial breeders in our club. We do not trade with or sale adult dogs. Our dogs are first of all our family members and stay here there whole lifetime long. We have no kennels outside, our dogs live with us in our house.
We acquired our specialised knowledge in breeding through a certified breeder examination and seminars. We have max. 3-4 litters each year. Our bitches have only 1 litter a year, max. 4 litters in her lifetime, to spare them. All our breeding dogs have passed the following health exams:
- eye examination of a certified dog ophthalmologist
- hips clear (OFA)
- tested for MDR1
- non carrier of GCS (Grey Collie Syndrome)
- DNA profile
- recognized mental test
- microchip
- full pedigree of recognized breeding club (CfAC, AKC, CKC, FCI a.o.)
We only carry out matings, that won't expect any health problems for our pups. No incest breeding and no merle X merle matings! And very important:
None of our pups is affected with MDR1, PRA or GCS! Minimum one parent is a tested non carrier of MDR1, PRA or GCS, so there is no possibility to get affected pups!!!

All our pups are raised in the house and garden. We have spaceiously areas inside and outside for our pups. We use suitable toys and other tools to socialize our pups. They get used to different grounds, environment experiences and intensive contact to people, other pets and children. We don’t have children ourselves, but the little ones are fully socialized by children who come to visit and play.
Health care is very important for us! Until the age of 8 weeks, our pups have passed the following health exams:
- eye examination of a certified dog ophthalmologist
- tested for MDR1
- non carrier of GCS (Grey Collie Syndrome)
- DNA profile
- proved pedigree (parentage DNA test)
- regular de-wormings
- first shots against parvovirosis, hepatitis, distemper and leptospirosis
- microchip
- European Pet Passport
- full CfAC pedigree
- actual health certificate (not older than 3 days)
We do not only talk about optimizing breeding and puppy raising, we practice it day by day!

We like to keep in touch with our puppy byers. We provide life-long assistance and like to support them, if they have any questions about training, teaching, feeding and we give some advice, if it is welcome.
Serious inquiries are welcome. If you are interested in a pup, please contact us in advance. We have a waiting list and prefer to get in touch before the pups are born. We definitively don't allocate the pups until they are 6 weeks old. We have all the results of the health exams at that time and we can't give an assessment of character before that age. The pups leave our home at the age of 8-9 weeks.
Our pups are sold under conditions mentioned in a sales agreement. In some cases, we do ship pups, but we want to meet or speak to future owners in advance. You want to know where your puppy is coming from, we want to know where it is going to...
Visitors are always welcome by appointment.
