"Heatherland's White Maid of the Mist Niagara" was imported by us from the USA at the age of 11 weeks. She was born in Buffalo, State New York, nearby the Niagara Falls. These falls were the inspiration for her name. The boat, that is crossing around the falls, has the name "Maid Of The Mist".

We fulfilled our dreams of a white collie girl from the US with Niagara -we call her GRACIE . And she went beyond all our expectations!! A gorgeous and beautiful bitch with tons of coat, excellent health reports, going along with an extraordinary loving character, that she passed on to her offspring. Gracie is unshakable and friendly to everyone. Friends and visitors are "petted-down" and turn up again on our sofa with a self-condfident 30 kg bundle o coat on their lap :-)

Niagara received her  International Championship. She was also Best Female at the American Collie European Winner Show 2006.

Niagara has grown up 22 pups out of four litters. We have some outstanding offspring from her out of different lines to breed with, so we let her retire at the age of 6 years. Her daughter "Heatherland's White Hazel" and her son "Heatherland's Keltic Prince" will pass on her lines at Heatherland's.
